concerning: The annual school budget

the Parishes and the local community

submit to the Board
The Board meets at 6 P.M. on the 3rd Monday of each month (August
- May) with alterations due to holy days, holidays, and scheduling
conflicts at Holy Spirit School. Board meetings are open to parents
and parish members. The Board welcomes discussion of any issue that
relates to the Board’s duties as outlined above. It there is
an issue that you wish to raise before the Board, please submit it
at least two weeks prior to the next board meeting by placing it in
the School Board President’s box in the hall beside the school
office. The Executive committee will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate,
place it on the agenda and notify you of the planned presentation
time. Please plan on limiting your presentation of the issue to a
single speaker and 5 to 10 minutes. If the issue raised falls outside
the Board’s responsibilities, the executive committee will try
to direct the submitter to the appropriate organization (i.e., Principal,
PTO, Pastor, Parish Council, etc.).
