Mrs. Wright has been teaching in the Catholic School&aposs System since 1986; she held the position of Assistant Principal for the first time in 1990. She also holds three and a half degrees: an Associate in Arts from Aquinas Junior College in Nashville, Tennessee, a Bachelor of Science in Education from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Memphis in Tennessee, as well as a certificate of completion (18 hours) in a Masters program in Theological Studies from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In both undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Mrs. Wright graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Robert Greenleaf, a teacher and author, once wrote, "good leaders must first become good servants." As a teacher and administrator, Mrs. Wright feels she must serve her students, parents and coworkers to the best of her ability before she can expect them to accept her authority.
