Mr. Mokry was born and raised in Omaha, NE. He attended Catholic grade & high schools. He worked five years at Wright Patterson AFB, Flight Dynamics Laboratory on the design and development of the Sonic Fatigue Facility. He then spent 25 years with NASA, John F. Kennedy Space Center, FL on the Saturn I, IB & V launch operations; Space Shuttle External Tank facility and ground support design for KSC and Vandenburg AFB; and Shuttle Project Office development of launch criteria and verification.

He and his wife moved to Madison, AL in 1998 to be near and enjoy the children and grandchildren - three attend Holy Spirit. Through the efforts of his son, he joined the HSRS staff in April 2003 and thoroughly enjoys helping maintain the schoo.
