3rd and 5th Grade Teachers
Holy Spirit Regional Catholic School seeks qualified candidates for Full-Time 3rd and 5th Grade Teachers to join our team for the 2021-2022 school year. Candidates will have appropriate teacher certifications or in the progress of certification required by the State of Alabama. Candidates need to be prepared for in-person instruction with the possibility of virtual instruction should the circumstances demand. A 400 student PreK through Grade 8 School located in Huntsville, Alabama in the high- tech center of the southeast, Holy Spirit Regional Catholic School has provided a quality Catholic Education since the 1960s as a ministry of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Holy Spirit is currently looking for the positions of Substitute Teachers. These positions are contract and on an as needed basis. Substitutes will perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers that are absent. Duties include: taking attendance, explaining assignments and homework, and maintaining the classroom.
After School Care Workers
Holy Spirit is seeking part-time after school care workers for the 2021-2022 SY. These individuals are responsible for care of students after school hours, including, but not limited to: organizing activities, overseeing pick-ups, supervising groups of students. It is desired that candidates be able to serve as educational assistants for those students requiring assistance with homework. Applicants should have the ability to respond to basic emergencies while overseeing the welfare of the students in their care.
